When to use it

Open Automation when you need the focused workflow it provides. Most PSAs visit this page at least once per week as part of their routine.

Key actions

• Filter and sort to find the rows that need attention first.
• Open any row to drill into the student, case, or document behind it.
• Use the toolbar to bulk-process when a single action applies to many rows.

Tips

• Pin the page to your sidebar via Settings → Navigation if you visit it daily.
• The page respects your school scope; switch sites from the topbar to compare.
• Most actions here create entries on the case timeline automatically.
