When to use it

Open Goals & OKRs when you need the focused workflow it provides. Most PSAs visit this page at least once per week as part of their routine.

Key actions

• Filter and sort to find the rows that need attention first.
• Open any row to drill into the student, case, or document behind it.
• Use the toolbar to bulk-process when a single action applies to many rows.

Tips

• Pin the page to your sidebar via Settings → Navigation if you visit it daily.
• The page respects your school scope; switch sites from the topbar to compare.
• Most actions here create entries on the case timeline automatically.
