Understanding intervention outcome reports

What 'effective' means in PSA 360.

Overview

What 'effective' means in PSA 360.

This guide walks through the recommended workflow inside the Reports area of PSA 360.

What you'll see

  • A header with the most important metric and a trend indicator.
  • Supporting cards that break the metric into actionable groups.
  • A timeline or list of recent activity tied to this view.

How to read it

  1. Start at the top — the headline metric tells you whether action is needed.
  2. Scan the supporting cards left-to-right; each one filters the list below.
  3. Click any row to open the underlying student, case, or task.

Common questions

  • Why does the number differ from the SIS? PSA 360 syncs nightly; same-day changes appear after the next import.
  • Can I save my filters? Yes — use Save view in the top-right to pin your preferred slice.
  • Who else can see this? Visibility follows role and school scope. Admins see all assigned schools.
